Monopoly Vodafone Cook Islands, previously known as BlueSky Cook Islands and before that Telecom Cook Islands, was until the end of 2019 the monopoly full-service telecommunications provider in the Cook Islands. It is owned jointly by ATH and the government of the Cook Islands. Liberalisation legislation passed in the Cook Islands mean there could soon be competition to the incumbent firm.
