GTA was formerly known as the Guam Telephone Authority. From a regulatory standpoint it is known as Teleguam holdings. GTA is the ILEC in Guam, and as such is present at all telephone exchanges. GTA has DWDM backbone linking the island’s four Cable Landing Stations.
