The license grant authorized eight (unspecified) landing sites. The system is fibre. It's owned 50% by HTI Hawaiian Telecom Holdco and 50% by TX Telecom of Hawaii L.P. The , with the Kawaihae and Makaha cable landing stations are owned by HTSC (Hawaiian Telecom Cincinnati Bell).http
