GOKI is a 4,224 km long cable that re-uses resources from the retired TPC-5 submarine cable. It's was built by Kokusai Cable Ship Co. for AT&T, who operate the cable. The project was FCC approved in 2011 but did not come into service until 2017. It was originally intended to connect Incheon, but commissioning documents do not report the connection. An Xtera DWDM system provides eight 10 Gbps wavelengths of capacity.
