TGA: Tasman Global Access
Tasman Global Access (TGA) is a consortium cable connecting Australia & New Zealand. Partners in the cable are Spark New Zealand, Vodafone New Zealand, and Australia's Telstra. The 2,300 km project was launched in 2014 & was ready for service by March 2017. Its design capacity, using 100 Gbps wavelengths, is 20 Tbps.
